What is jailbreak?
Jailbreaking is basically modifying the iPhone's firmware so that you can get access to the internals of its operating system and install a whole slew of third-party applications on your iPhone that are not otherwise available through official channels such as the App Store.
Is jailbreak legal?
It was in July 2010, the United States government ruled that the jailbreaking and unlocking of Apple iPhones, as well as the rooting of Android devices was to be deemed a legal act, as long as the process wasn’t being carried out with the intention of circumventing copyright.
If you live outside of USA, the laws might be different, however its very unlikely that Apple would take you to court.
How to jailbreak iOS 6

What is tethered and untethered jailbreak?
A tethered jailbreak means you cannot boot (turn on your iPhone/iPod/iPad) without connecting it to a computer.

How to download cracked apps?
Find Apple apps on the Internet P2P network and download the .ipa file. Then head to cydia and get the latest version of "AppSynch for iOS" and install it on your iDevice. Click on your .ipa file - it should be added to your iTunes apps and then just synch iTunes and your iDevice.
Can I remove Jailbreak?
YES, jailbreak can be removed if you decide to do so. There are two easy ways.
1, Update your iOS to later version - your jailbreak will be removed as well as all Cydia tweaks.
2, Set your device to its factory settings - go to Settings - General - Reset (at the bottom) - Reset All Settings
Either way you choose, nobody will be able to tell that your device has ever been jailbroken, therefore you can claim your warrantee and get full Apple support.

Cydia is a software application for iOS that enables a user to find and install software packages (including apps, interface customisations, and system extensions) on a jailbroken iPhone, iPod Touch or iPad. Cydia is the main independent third-party digital distribution platform for software on iOS. In essence, it is similar to Apple app store, but it does not require developers to have their apps and tweaks approved! This means more apps, more freedom, but also higher chances of downloading malware.
How to download Cydia?
Cydia store can not be download from the Internet. It comes with jailbreaking software. When you jailbreak your iDevice Cydia is automatically added (unless you check not to) to your home screen.
How to remove Cydia?
You can remove Cydia from your iDevice just like any other app, but keep in mind that removing Cydia from your device does not remove the jailbreak! It is still jailbroken, you just don’t have access to the jailbreak tweaks - it is not recommended to remove Cydia.
If you want to remove it - remove jailbreak completely.
How to add sources to Cydia?
Add Cydia sources by going to - Cydia - Manage - Sources - press Add source on top - write URL - press Add.
To remove or modify the source, follow the same path.

How to remove tweaks from iPhone/iPod/iPad?
Should you find a tweak that is crashing or you just don't like it any more, here is how to remove it from you system. Go to Cydia - Manage - Packages - press modify on the top corner - then select uninstall. You also have the option to reinstall the app. Often times this solves the issue of non-functioning tweak.
